Day 5 of 30

Quick check in, I can’t say that I’m doing bad this week or that I’m doing good. If I get my run in tomorrow than I will accomplish 4 days of cardio this week which is not what my trainer wanted, but it is better than last week. This is of course also contingent upon me doing my cardio on Saturday, but since I will be at the gym already with no place to go afterwards, I’m sure I’ll get it done. I haven’t eaten perfect this week, but Rome wasn’t built in day. Also, no one said I couldn’t have a piece of candy or sweets they all just said to be smart about it. I think I’ve done that. So far, I’m proud of myself and how I’m doing this week
